Do you have experience in accounting? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Accountant | Bookkeeping positions.
Details for Accountant | Bookkeeping position:
- Full-Time | Direct-Hire

Job duties for Accountant | Bookkeeping:
- Prepare and maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll, general ledgers, and expenditure records while meeting deadlines
- Code invoices to proper grant element; match invoices to purchase
- Make bank statements and reconcile discrepancies for all reports necessary
- Manage public inquiries over the phone, and draft general correspondence to day-to-day operations
- Document and record reports as necessary
- Use of computers, printers, calculators, and telephones
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Accountant | Bookkeeping:
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field with at least 2 years of experience (preferably for a non-profit organization)
- Ability to sit for the duration of shift
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles, federal/state laws
- Strong computer literacy, organizational, and problem-solving skills
