- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - 40 Hours/Week

Job duties and skills for Accounts Payable Clerk:
- This position will be providing daily support to the AP Supervisor
- SAP invoice entry
- Complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
Required skills for Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related curriculum is a plus
- Years of Experience Required: 2
- Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Computer proficiency - particularly with Excel and MS Word
- 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume invoice environment are preferred
- Strong understanding of the principles of accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellence time management and problem solving skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing sector
