Job duties for Aging & Independent Living Administrative Assistant:
- Interact on a professional level with fellow employees, customers and clients.
- Working effectively as a team contributor on all assignments as well as independently.
- Utilizing communication skills to coordinate work efforts with supervisors, fellow employees and clients.
- Completing quality work while meeting deadlines with or without supervision.
- Must compile required weekly/monthly financial reporting, ordering supplies, and other required duties.
Qualifications for Aging & Independent Living Administrative Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent one-year related work experience.
- Knowledge of computers, printers, and general office equipment.
- Skilled in data analysis, mathematics, problem solving and inputting data effectively.
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
