Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Billing Clerk | Finance positions.
Details for Billing Clerk | Finance position:
· $16-18 / Hour
· Monday-Friday | 8am-4:30pm
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Fast Start Date
· Weekly Pay
Job duties for Billing Clerk | Finance:
· Data entry into accounting software and pre-formatted Excel templates
· Generate and proof invoices before e-mailing to the client
· Work with freight companies to schedule pick-ups
· Process accounts payable invoices (including freight) for payment
· Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
· Serve as backup for other members of customer service and accounting
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Billing Clerk | Finance:
· Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Accounting preferred
· Proficient using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
· Effective communication, management, organization, and communication skills
· Ability to sit for the duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
