Job duties for Call Center Collection/Loan Agent | Clerical:

Contact people who have elected to receive more information about services offered
Online lenders, and associates will be responsible for making phone calls, making offers to potential clients, and collecting payments
Providing excellent customer service
Other duties as assigned

These skills and abilities make you a great candidate for Call Center Agent | Clerical:

High School Diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills
Professional phone etiquette
Proficient computer and data entry skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
