Job Description
Are you certified in maintenance work? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Maintenance Technician positions in Greeneville, TN.
Details for Maintenance Technician position:
- $20-25 / Hour (BOE)
- Monday-Friday - Train on day shifts then move to night shifts
- 8-12 hour shifts
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (90 days)

Job duties for Maintenance Technician:
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
- Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
- Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
- Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation, welding, and cutting torches
- Use of hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
**Regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, dusty conditions, high noise, outside weather in all conditions and materials used in the process**
Qualifications for Maintenance Technician:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in industrial maintenance and repairs; mechanical and/or electrical preferred
- Completion of Industrial Maintenance Certification
- Must be able to work in fluctuating (hot and cold) work environments
- Basic computer skills necessary to access/write emails, word documents, complete work requests
- Must be able to work at heights
- Steel toe shoes
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, and reach
