Key duties and details for Financial Specialist | Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Confirm invoices, packing slips, and supporting documentation
- Resolve discrepancies with regards to vendor invoices, expense allocations and other financial transactions
- Support with preparing purchase requisitions
- Prepare expenditure reports as needed
- Daytime schedule, Monday-Friday
- Pay rate: $18-$33/hr, depending on position
- Temp-to-Hire
- Benefits (Medical, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay)
- Paid weekly
Qualifications for Financial Specialist | Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Associate Degree in Accounting or related field of study
- Basic bookkeeping and math skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Office
