Accounting and/or Finance degree preferred.

Summary: The Financial/Collections Analyst primarily focuses on the credit/collections efforts that help protect and maintain the Company’s accounts receivable. The position will also perform bank-related reporting as directed by the CFO and the Company’s Credit Agreement with its banks.

Day-to-Day
- Responsible for all collections efforts for all locations after initial client setup and invoice verification by the branch
- Responsible for maintaining/updating credit insurance program
- Responsible for placing accounts for collections and any legal action required for collections
- Run all credit checks for Business Development Managers (BDM’s) and Branches
- Adjust all Avionte credit limits for payroll processing as necessary
- File weekly invoice reporting to the bank to maintain maximum credit facility availability
- File weekly AR roll-forward to the bank for required weekly reporting for the credit facility
- Prepare/file monthly borrowing base report to the Bank as required for the credit facility
- Responsible for business licensing – both updating and for new locations/branch moves
- Assist with monthly financial closing processes as directed
