Key Duties of a Heavy Equipment Operator:
- Operate concrete pouring truck on work site premises
- Safely unload time-sensitive material (concrete) according to training
- Maintain work equipment by cleaning after each shift
- Load/unload satchels of material; approximately 50 lbs.
- Other tasks/duties as instructed by the direct supervisor
Special Skills & Knowledge Required:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pouring concrete or operating heavy equipment
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
- Able to pass background screening and pre-employment drug test
- Work mandatory overtime
- May require lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds
- Understands proper operation of heavy equipment and basic concrete pouring knowledge
