Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Human Resource Assistant / Representative positions.
Details for Human Resource Assistant / Representative position:
- $45,000-85,000 / Year (BOE)
- Full-Time
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job duties for Human Resource Assistant / Representative:
- Perform various Human Resource duties such as administering plans, policies, title warrants, and procedures
- Participate and orchestrate developmental goals and programs
- Manage compensation program
- Gather and maintain reports, records, and logs to conform to regulations
- Manage claim resolutions and communicate benefit information
- Conduct recruitment, new-employee orientations, and assist in evaluations
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance
- Handle and manage employee relations counseling, and exit interviewing
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Human Resource Assistant / Representative:
- Bachelor's with 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
- Excellent communication, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), work well under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude,
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
