Do you have maintenance experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Housekeeping | Janitor positions in Dublin, VA.
Details for Housekeeping | Janitor position:

Job duties for Housekeeping | Janitor:
· Maintain order, cleanliness, organization and sanitation of common areas, outside grounds, restrooms, and office spaces
· Ensure all restrooms are cleaned and stocked at the start of shift, after lunch, and end of shift (toilet tissue, paper towels, soap, sinks, walls, stalls, urinals, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc.)
· Ensure break room is cleaned and stocked after scheduled lunch periods (napkins, waste baskets, cups, seasonal beverage machines, and condiments)
· Maintain cleanliness of all refrigerators, microwaves, and freezers plant-wide; report any functional issues immediately
· Clean windows, sweep, mop, dust, empty wastebaskets, vacuum rugs, wipe handrails, remove cobwebs, etc. in all common areas (front office, QA office, supervisors’ office, front lobby, breakroom, stairways, conference rooms, shipping office, maintenance office, tool room office and hallways)
· Maintains cleanliness of outside grounds and smoking areas (trash pick-up, empty cans, sweep steps and walkways, empty trash cans, clean picnic tables, etc)
· Maintains cleanliness of building exterior and signage (pressure washing, decorating, seasonal landscaping maintenance)
· Assist HR with special event set-up and clean-up
· Maintain inventory of supplies and submit reorder requests as needed
· Keeps work area orderly and free of obstructions and in a safe condition
· Performs work in a safe manner
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Housekeeping | Janitor:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Use and knowledge of various hand tools, cleaning machinery, cleaning solutions and supplies (pressure washer, mops, vacuums, and other cleaning products)
· Valid Driver’s license and transportation preferred; may be asked to run errands in and out of plant
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
