Job Description
Do you have basic electrical knowledge and mechanical aptitude? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Machine Technician for company in Christiansburg, VA.

Key duties and details for Machine Technician:
- Responsible for the set-up, maintenance (preventative) and troubleshooting of textile machines that perform textile processing and manufacturing operations such as winding and twisting of yarn
- Inspect products, and machinery, observe material for defects, and change products based on production scheduling
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm (Some OT and weekends)
- Pay rate: $18-$27/hr
- Direct-Hire position
Qualifications for Machine Technician:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic electrical knowledge
- AC/DC motor knowledge preferred, but not required
- Electrical controls knowledge preferred, but not required
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Must have tools (specialty tools are provided)
- Diploma/GED
