Office Assistant
Job Description
Key duties and details for Office Assistant:
- Answer phone
- Prepare correspondence and transmittals for regular and overnight mail
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- General clerical and administrative tasks
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Pay rate: $20-$23/hr
- Temp-to-Hire
- Benefits (Medical, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay)
- Paid weekly
- Ability to type 40+ wpm
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Time management skills
- Must be able to prioritize work, projects and requests
- Must be able to pass skills assessment test (Typing, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift and carry boxes and supplies on a daily/weekly basis
- Ability to lift up to 34 lbs
