Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring Payroll | Clerical positions. If you have Payroll experience and are looking for a career with a well-established company in Cleveland, TN. This could be a great opportunity for you!
Details for Payroll | Clerical position:
- $17.00 /Possibly higher DOE
- Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- 40 hours per week
- Skills testing will be done prior to placement
- Health & Dental Insurance
- Vacation & Holiday pay
Key Duties for Payroll Clerk | Clerical position:
- Audit timekeeping records and consult management about discrepancies
- Export payroll data into ADP system and verify all totals prior to submission
- Input child support deductions into ADP system
- Audit daily sales reports for 5 locations and input data into AS400
- General filing
- Process insurance enrollments
- Other duties as needed
Special Skills & Knowledge Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Payroll experience required
- Familiarity with ADP payroll software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel: Required)
- Ability to process detailed information with accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to problem solve and operate a 10 key calculator
