Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Quality Technician positions in Santa Maria, CA. If you are interested, apply today!

Can you see yourself in this Quality Technician position?
- Implement quality control instructions to meet standards
- Review Certificates of Conformance and testing reports
- Conduct quality inspections on shop orders for final release
- Document nonconforming products using quality system processes
- Maintain accurate production and quality metrics
- Assist in root cause analysis with MRB coordinator
- Help with device history records documentation
- Report significant issues to management
- Support quality assurance objectives through analysis and action plans
- Enhance product quality through audits and complaint investigations
- Enforce quality assurance policies and procedures
- Improve processes for increased efficiencies
- Other duties as assigned
Do you have the skills and knowledge required for this Quality Technician position?
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- General knowledge and use of computers
- 0-2 years of experience in field or related area; previous Quality Control experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures
- Possible exposure to airborne particles, moderate to loud noises
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
