Job Description
Do you have QuickBooks experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Accountant Assistant | Clerical positions in Hopkinsville, KY.
Details for Receptionist | Clerical position:
- $15 / Hour
- Part-Time (roughly 24 hours / week)
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Fast Start Date
Job duties for Receptionist | Clerical:
- Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and Bookkeeping in QuickBooks
- Address envelopes using USPS procedures
- Operate basic office machines
- File documentation, tax preparation, and take well written notes when necessary
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain confidentiality and security
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Receptionist | Clerical:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using QuickBooks and tax preparation preferred
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
