Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Staff Accountant | Finance positions.
Details for Accountant | Finance position:
- $18-30 / Hour
- Monday-Friday | 8am-4:30pm
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job duties for Accountant | Finance:
- Maintain all documents and test records accurately
- Prepare Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable documents and functions
- Support the financial reporting processes, including all General Ledger activity and other related controls
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports for executive management including the month-end closing processes
- Support the coordination of quarterly and year-end audit reviews
- Support Information Technology functions
- Assist with backing up Billing and Customer Service by providing sales analysis support by assisting RSMs in identifying potential locations to visit when traveling, follow-up with the Marketing Manager to ensure Email blasts are prepared timely, and assisting the General Manager in maintaining Email/Customer database
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Accountant | Finance:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Accounting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Effective communication, management, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to sit for the duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
