Job Description
Do you have experience working with CNC machines? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring CNC Operators / Toolmaker positions in Surgoinsville, TN.
Details for CNC Operators / Toolmaker position:
- $21-27 / Hour (BOE)
- 1st Shift Available: 6am-2pm for 3 months (then rotate 12 hr day and night; off 7 days in a row)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job duties for CNC Operators / Toolmaker:
- Troubleshoot CNC programs for issues and errors
- Setting up and operating CNC equipped (such as Makino's) throughout our tool shop
- Assist in the development of programming and maintenance procedures and manufacturing practices
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for CNC Operators / Toolmaker:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years + experience machining or technical degree; or completed a Toolmaker apprenticeship
- Ability to read and use Blueprints, micrometers and various measuring equipment
- Strong mathematical background
- CAD experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
