Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant | Recruiter in our McMinnville office. The Administrative Assistant | Recruiter works with clients to fill staffing needs as well as performing admin/clerical duties in office.
Essential Job Functions include sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, drug testing, training, counseling, and orientation, among other duties.
Key Requirements of the Administrative Assistant | Recruiter:
- Excellent communication / verbal skills
- Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
- Respond well to pressure and maintains positive demeanor
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Work responsibly with or without supervision
- Prioritizes tasks and is flexible to ever-changing demands
- Computer skills (especially in MS office) are a must
Experience in staffing / office setting preferred.
