Pay: $12 / hr, 40 hrs/week
Job details/requirements for Customer Service | Technical Support positions:
- Taking inbound calls to help customers with technical support questions
- Training M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- After training M-F 11:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. one weekend per month
- High School Diploma / GED required
- 1 year of related experience required

Heather Hopson

Heather began her Luttrell Staffing career in September 2009 working one of our West Virginia accounts part-time. In July of the next year she moved to our Johnson City office as an Admin Assistant and then, soon after, a Staffing Manager. After several years of strong service, Heather was promoted to the role of Branch Manager in early 2016. She has a BS degree in Psychology and Sociology from ETSU.
