Customer Service Representative
Do you have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in MRP, ERP or customer service? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representative.
Job duties and details for Customer Service Representative:
- Receive and load purchase orders into computer system.
- Maintain and link item master, bills of materials and routings for purchase orders.
- Investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, products and complaints.
- Handle customer complaints and communication in professional manner.
- Long-term position.
Job requirements for Customer Service Representative:
Qualified candidates must be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access and PowerPoint. Candidates must have 2 to 4 years of related experience in MRP, ERP or customer service. Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. APICS certification is an advantage.
