Pay: Based on experience

Schedule: 1st shift (40 hrs/week)

Duties for Human Resources Benefits Coordinator positions:

  • Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance and Cobra.
  • Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits enrollment system.
  • Maintain benefits filing system and ensure changes are entered in payroll system.
  • Prepare and maintain employee reports, new-hire and absentee reports, 90 day employee reviews, and others as needed.

Special skills and knowledge required for position:

  • Experience in benefits administration or related field
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Well organized and detail orientated
