Key Details for Machinist / CNC Lathe Operator position:
•    $42-56 / Hour (Based on Experience)
•    Monday-Thursday | 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
•    Fast-Paced Environment
•    Direct-Hire

Key Duties for Machinist / CNC Lathe Operator position:
•    Set up machines per work orders, drawings, material specs, and machining parameters
•    Program lathes including zero/reference points, tool registers, and offsets
•    Verify setups by measuring positions and first-run/sample parts to AS9100D standards
•    Perform preventive maintenance and maintain equipment
•    Demonstrate proactive, problem-solving mindset
•    Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
•    Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Machinist / CNC Lathe Operator position:
•    High School Diploma/GED
•    Lathe operation with G-code programming experience
•    HAAS lathe experience preferred
•    Lathe setup experience
•    3+ years of lathe machining experience
•    Ability to stand for entire shift
•    At least 1 year of related experience
•    Availability for 2nd shift
•    Ability to stand for duration of shift
•    Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs
•    Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
