Job Description

We are adding a Business Development Manager to be on the front lines making new introductions to companies and expanding into territories by building personal relationships & connections.
Business Development Manager
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
Location: Gainesville, GA
Pay: $45-$50K base plus monthly commissions ($600-$1000K expected)
Benefits: H/D/V Insurance; ST/LT; PTO; 401k matching (after 1 year)
The main priority of our Business Development Managers is to strategically increase the volume and quality of interactions and conversations with prospective clients. They will identify, develop, define, negotiate & close business relationships.
Day-to-Day.
- Utilize established prospecting methods & develop new ones to identify new Client business.
- Network in the area with businesses, chambers & rotaries.
- Generate leads from resumes, business journals, social media, online recruiting platforms, newspapers, billboards, etc.
- Identify trends by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Engage with Clients via email, phone, InMail, or in person to create relationships & create new job orders.
