Job duties for Call Center Agent | Clerical:
- Contact people who have elected to receive more information about services offered
- Online lenders, and associates will be responsible for making phone calls, making offers to potential clients, and collecting payments
- Providing excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Proficient computer and data entry skills
