Job Description
Do you have experience in manufacturing? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Production Line Servicer positions in Johnson City, TN.
  
  
Details for Production Line Servicer position:
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Fast Start Date
- Weekly Pay
- $15.75/hr
Job Duties for Production Line Servicer:
- Verify the proper components, and quantities of those components, have been staged to meet the needs of producing the batch
- Communicate any discrepancies in order to minimize the possibility of downtime
- Maintains adequate supply of packaging components throughout the packaging operation
- Maintains production time records for each packaging line
- Verify the appropriate and legible shipper label is on the shipper
- Verify the appropriate stacking pattern is being used on the pallet
- Moves completed skids or containers of completed stock to designated areas using either pallet jack or industrial lift truck
- Ensures each pallet of completed production is shrink wrapped
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation
- Assists packaging department in other assigned duties
- Use Ross system
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Production Line Servicer:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Good math skills
- Knowledge and experience working in a production team environment
- Highly motivated, conscientious, self-managed team player
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work 3rd Shift and overtime as needed
- Computer skills are highly desirable
