Job Duties

• Scan manufacturing order operations for labor.
• Follow oral and written work instructions or read CAD drawings to understand units of measure and determine materials needed.
• Use close vision to install components such as PC boards, wire harnesses, rubber isolation grommets, c-clips, distance washers, and ball bearings.  
• Lift or move up to 25 pounds, have familiarity with small hand tools and use color vision to select wires of specified color, marking, or length.
• Perform basic math skills to complete stock transit ticket to transfer material.  
• Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification and respond well to questions.  
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, look for ways to improve and promote quality, apply feedback to improve performance and monitor one’s own work to ensure quality.  
• Attain piece rate productivity standards, complete work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity.  
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
