Job Duties for Human Resource Manager Position: 

• Plan, implement, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and team member relations 

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO/IATF 16949, and company standards 

• Update job requirements and descriptions for all positions 

• Manage recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and exit processes 

• Oversee orientation, training, and development programs 

• Conduct pay comparisons, job evaluations, and manage pay structures 

• Support performance management, coaching, and employee relations 

• Administer benefits programs and communicate options to team members 

• Ensure legal compliance and maintain accurate HR records 

• Prepare, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures 

• Maintain professional HR knowledge through ongoing education 

• Direct safety, wellness, and health initiatives for team members 

• Recruit, select, and train HR staff 

• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place 

• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Human Resource Manager Position: 

• 4-year degree Business Administration, Human Resources Manager or a closely related field 

• 5+ years' experience in HR; experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Solid business acumen and understanding of key financial drivers 

• Knowledge of business process improvement tools 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 

• Maintain confidentiality of personnel and business information 

• Effective at all organizational levels 

• Knowledge of HR legal requirements and reporting (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, EEO/AA) 

• Required vision abilities: close, distance, and color vision 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 

• Ability to work in warm-temperature environment daily 

• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
