Job Description
Do you have fiberglass experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Fiberglass Technician | Production positions in McMinnville, TN.
Details for Fiberglass Technician | Production position:
- $15 / Hour
- 1st Shift Available
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (Monday-Friday/7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

- Weekends Off!
Job Duties for Fiberglass Technician | Production:
- Deep understanding in resin product knowledge and supporting additives
- Gel-coat color matching and resin promoting
- In depth knowledge of proper coring for builds/repairs associated to specific outcome
- Examine parts for mold and lamination defects, such as cracks, air pockets, blisters, and cosmetic flaws
- Grinds out defective areas, smooths rough edges/areas by using appropriate power and hand-tools
- Mix gel coat with catalysts and sprays
Qualifications for Fiberglass Technician | Production:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in the Marine Industry is preferred but not required
- Experience in the automotive collision repair industry such as sanding, shaping, spraying, and buffing are preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
