Key Duties of a Forklift Operator:
- Operate a forklift in a safe manner
- Standing for long periods of time
- Load/unload product to and from delivery trucks
- Learn shipping/receiving procedures
- Able to enter data into Excel spreadsheets when needed
Special Skills & Knowledge Required:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Able to pass a background screening and pre-employment drug test
- May require lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds
- At least 6 months experience in Forklift operating
- Basic computer skills/knowledge of Microsoft Excel
