Key Duties of a Residential Maintenance Technician:

- 7:30am-4pm

- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (w/ chance to go full-time with client)

Key Duties of a Residential Maintenance Technician:
- Install tank water heaters, faucets, & toilets
- Basic drain and water line re-pipe
Special Skills & Knowledge Required:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a combination of install and/or service
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
- Able to pass background screening and pre-employment drug test
- Work mandatory overtime
- May require lifting, pushing or pulling of objects over 75 pounds
- Understands proper operation of HVAC equipment and basic electronics of system
- Able to perform simple soldering and brazing
- Understanding of basic piping practices, to include copper, plastic, & pex
- Able to troubleshoot and wire new construction commercial/residential
