Job Duties for Tool & Die Technician | Manufacturing:
- Repair, maintain, develop, and build dies
- Troubleshoot and address quality concerns in tooling operations
- Implement engineering and customer changes
- Repair tooling from bad hits and setups
- Operate manual and CNC machining equipment
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Tool & Die Technician | Manufacturing:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical Tool & Die experience preferred
- Experience with machining, die repair, welding, grinding, and fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, blueprints, and measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Work well with others and independently
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
