Job Description
Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Brazer | Manufacturing positions in Knoxville, TN.
Details for Brazer | Manufacturing position:
· $15 / Hour
* M-F-2:30p-11p
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
· Weekly Pay
Job duties for Brazer | Manufacturing:
· Oversee efficient and safe brazing operations
· Manage work orders and delegate tasks
· Train and coach associates
· Maintain safety standards and equipment
· Coordinate between staff and management
· Monitor production rates and parts flow
· Ensure timely delivery and quality control
· Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
· Report daily progress and maintain documentation
· Adhere to and enforce all safety procedures and company policies
· Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications and desired skills for Brazer | Manufacturing:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· SPC experience
· Previous forklift experience; must have valid driver's license
· Strong communication skills (following written and verbal instructions) and read blueprints
· Strong reading and math skills
· Ability to stand for the duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
