Details for the Process Technician Shift Team Lead: 
$17.50/hr 
3pm-11:30pm | Monday-Friday
Occasional Overtime

Job Duties for the Process Technician Shift Team Lead Position: 
Supervise and support a team of under 10 production employees during shift
Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance at all times
Monitor production schedules and maintain efficient workflow
Train, coach, and guide employees on procedures and performance expectations
Lead shift start meetings and communicate daily production goals
Troubleshoot operational, equipment, and personnel issues, escalating when needed
Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to company specifications
Complete production reports, attendance tracking, and shift documentation
Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and management to reduce downtime
Use mechanical knowledge to identify equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
Completes any other related tasks as needed
 
Qualifications for and Desired Skills for the Process Technician Shift Team Lead Position: 
High school diploma or equivalent 
Previous manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production equipment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and reporting skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Ability to stand for duration of shift 
Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
