Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Molding Inspectors | Manufacturing positions in Jefferson City, TN.
Details for Molding Inspector | Manufacturing position:
· $18.57 / Hour
*must be able to train on 1st shift for at least 6 months*
· Sunday-Thursday | 11pm-7:30pm (Must be available for Overtime and Weekends as Needed)
· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Molding Operator | Manufacturing:
· Conduct daily machine checks
· Insert terminals in molding die and operate Nissei
· Position runner side up and break parts by folding
· Place units in totes and verify appearance and dimensions per check sheet
· Monitor machines for nonconformance at each stage
· Read and comprehend work-point manuals and blueprints and document reports
· Inspect parts using quality gauges and measuring devices
· Tools Used/Equipment Operated: Manufacturing machinery
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Molding Operator | Manufacturing:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Wear PPE as required (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes, etc.)
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality output
· Prioritizes and troubleshoots machine issues effectively under pressure
· Strong reasoning skills for sound decision-making
· Collaborative team player ready to assist colleagues
· Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn maintenance
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-shift collaboration
· Thrives in fast-paced environments
· Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures
· Ability to stand for duration of shift
· Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
