Details for Production Supervisor position:    

• $26 / Hour   

• Monday - Friday | 10:00pm-6:00am

• Will train on second shift 

• Weekly Pay    

• Temp-to-Hire    

• Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service  

• Work is performed around moving mechanical parts in a typically very loud environment, and processing areas may be dusty, dirty, and wet at times 

• Facilities are heated in winter; however, employees may experience cold conditions during winter and hot conditions during summer 

Duties for Production Supervisor position:     

• Lead, plan, organize, and direct daily production activities while working alongside the crew and resolving operational issues as they arise 

• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and revenue by establishing and enforcing effective operating methods, systems, policies, and procedures 

• Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, and evaluate performance; coach, counsel, discipline, and motivate employees to support achievement and retention 

• Recommend improvements to facilities, equipment, and processes to eliminate operating problems and improve safety, quality, and efficiency 

• Follow all policies and procedures in place   

• Completes any other related tasks as needed   

Requirements and Desired Skills for Production Supervisor position:    

• High school diploma or equivalent  

• Ability to stand for duration of shift 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 

• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
