Job Description

Do you have 2 years' accounting experience and proficiency in MS Office? Luttrell Staffing Group is now hiring A/P Coordinator for local business in Paso Robles.

Key duties and details for A/P Coordinator:

  • Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments
  • Reconcile credit card purchases and monthly statements
  • Maintain vendor accounts and assist with compilation of 1099 data at year-end
  • Complete month-end tasks and reconciliations
  • Daytime schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Pay rate: $23-$26/hr
  • Temp-to-Hire
  • Benefits (Medical, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay)

Qualifications for A/P Coordinator:

  • 2 years' previous accounting experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
