Clinton TN 37716
Monday – Friday 
8 AM – 5 PM
$20.00 Per Hour
 
 
Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for an Administrative Assistant for the Oak Ridge / Clinton market.
The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, highly organized, possess strong communications skills, support multiple areas of operations within company, and have a minimum of 1 year experience in invoicing, managing purchasing orders, vendor relationships, and inventory tracking.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties including answering a multiline phone, handling correspondences, emails and data entry
  • Prepare, proof and format documents as needed 
  • Maintain all office files – both electronic and paper 
  • Assist in processing of purchase orders – ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery 
  • Track and manage orders and inventory 
  • Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, delivery, and order resolutions 
  • Monitor reporting on purchasing requests
  • Maintain purchasing / ordering requests and payments
  • Maintain database of suppliers and vendors 
  • 10 key Data entry 
  • Detailed reporting 
  • Support finance with PO documents and reconciling invoices 
  • Works closely with project managers 
  • Assist with budgets and cost projection reports
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma / GED 
2 years of Administration Assistant Experience
1 year of Invoicing, Sales or PO experience
