Job Description

Details for Accounts Payable Specialist position:
  • $20 / Hour
  • Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm (1hr Lunch)
  • Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
  • Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
  • 40 hours per week
  • Skills testing will be done prior to placement
  • Upon Hire with Client perks: Meal Discounts, Health & Dental Insurance, Vacation & Holiday pay
    Key Duties for Accounts Payable Specialist position:
  • Responsible for all documentation of purchase orders
  • Collecting and reconciling packing slips, invoices and receipts
  • Processing payments and making sure all weekly A/P processes have been completed
    Special Skills & Knowledge Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous work experience in Accounts Payable 
  • Previous work experience in Sage MIP Fund Accounting is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel: Required)
