Job Description
Do you like to manage client relationships? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Account Manager positions in Gainesville, GA.
Details for Account Manager position:
- Full-Time | Direct-Hire

Job duties for Account Manager:
- Responsible for tasks associated with servicing as main contact and cultivating specific client relationships and working between the Project Manager and key Client Executives Completes
- Drive sales in key accounts - driving project approvals, facilitating service work, and enhancing the customer experience with BCI
- Quote, negotiate new contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while benefiting customer goals and budgets
- Identify areas for improvement and escalate to Sales for out-of-scope items or challenging or larger initiatives while continuing to manage response and timelines
- Assist PM with customer schedules, material management, and change orders when necessary
- Work with Project Team and customer during projects to mitigate satisfaction issues
- Manage projects actively related to assigned customer base
- Conduct site visits as needed for quoting or project review
- Forecast and track key account metrics for requested reports
- Engage key customer personnel in essential events and activities to maintain partnership
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews with Customer Executive Contact
- Participate in weekly/biweekly sync calls on assigned key accounts
- Track opportunities in sales funnel
- Perform additional Account Management and related functions as assigned by the Operations Manager and deemed within the general skill and ability level of a productive Account Manager
- Maintain client privacy and personal professionalism at all times
Qualifications for Account Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 years of experience with CRM operating software, Customer Service, Project Management, and/or telecommunications industry preferred
- Must have valid driver's license; travel may be necessary on occasion
- Basic skill in the use of computer technology
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
