Job Description
Are you ready for a new career opportunity in accounting? Luttrell Staffing Group, in partnership with Techni-Glass, has an exciting opportunity for a General Accountant in Surgoinsville, TN. General Accountant responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Help with budgeting and perform audits to verify financial records. These tasks require attention to detail, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. Details for General Accountant:
- Pay rate: $65,000 Annual Salary
- Schedule: 6am-4:30pm, Tuesday - Friday
- Temp-to-Hire
- Benefits (Medical, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay)
- Paid Weekly
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with a Finance, Accounting or related focus is required (Accounting designation is not required)
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience with full-cycle accounting in a manufacturing environment is required
- Experience with medium/large scale ERP systems (i.e., Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, IFS) is required; implementation experience is a plus
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (lookup formulas & pivot tables)
- Demonstrated ability for attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability of critical thinking skills when analyzing financial data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Above average communication skills, both written and verbal
