Job Description
Key duties and details for Accounting Administrative Assistant:
- Support with AP/AR tasks
- Maintain open communication with vendors
- Answer phone calls and schedule meetings as needed
- Consolidate information
- Short-Term (Approximately 5 months)
- $19-$21/hr
- 8am-5pm
- Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
