Key duties and details for Accounting Clerk Assistant:
- Data entry, filing and invoice sales companies
- Verify the accuracy of invoices
- Maintain journals, ledgers, financial reports and company transactions
- Prepare monthly in-house billing and shop labor billing
- Pay rate: $17-$19/hr
- Paid weekly
Qualifications for Accounting Clerk Assistant:
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Data entry skills
- Computer proficiency
