Job Description
Do you have Accounting experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Accounting Assistant Manager | Finance positions in Campbellsville, KY.
Details for Accounting Assistant Manager | Finance position:

Job duties for Accounting Assistant Manager | Finance:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Accurately monitor data, develop reports and statements (including auditing, reporting standards, and documentation of internal controls)
- Enhance procedures by evaluating most efficient use of resources
- Assist with the monthly and quarterly close process including interacting Finance Japanese Coordinator and other functional areas of necessary
- Research and track transactions with general ledger
- Work closely with team, managers, coordinators, and stakeholders
- Ensure calculations are correct; fix all errors as identified and resolved in timely manner
- Follow and enforce all guidelines and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Accounting Assistant Manager | Finance:
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience in automotive manufacturing setting preferred
- Advance knowledge and understanding of accounting management, methods, practices, concepts, principles, and procedures
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with QAD or similar ERP systems
- Ability to supervise, train, organize, prioritize, and schedule
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
