Job Description
Do you have experience in Accounting and looking for a position with great pay? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Accounting Manager | Finance positions in Santa Maria, CA.
Details for Accounting Manager | Finance position:
- $40-64 / Hour
- Monday-Friday | 8am-4pm
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
- Fast Start Date
- Weekly Pay
- Upon conversion to clients Payroll:
- Comprehensive medical and dental coverage (100% premiums for employees, 35% for eligible dependents)
- 3 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, and 6 paid holidays
- 401(k) saving plan
- Salaried position
Job Duties for Accounting Manager | Finance:
- Plan, implement, and supervise financial strategy
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, budgeting, cash receipts, and financial assets
- Forecast cash flow and reconcile department reports
- Generate monthly financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting principles and reporting standards
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Accounting Manager | Finance:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, complemented by five years of relevant experience in the field
- CPA license is preferred
- Proficient in accounting software and practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
- Superior data management experience
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
