Details for Accounts Payable | Accounting:
- $18/Hour
- Monday-Friday | 1st Shift: 8am-5pm
- Short-Term Temp (will never be hired by client), Temp-to-Hire (could go full-time with client after a certain period)
- Full-Time (40 Hours / Week)
- Weekly Pay
- Direct Deposit Options
Duties for Accounts Payable | Accounting:
- Processing accounts payable, including cutting and mailing checks and filing appropriate back up documentation
- Responsible for processing and mailing garnishments on a weekly basis
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Required skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in accouting preferred
- Requires simple grasping and fine manipulating with both hands
- Occasional driving of automotive equipment required
- Occasional working around mechanical parts
- Frequent oral communications at a conversational level
- Frequent hearing at a conversational level
- Continuous reading and computer input
- Frequent working around others
- Ability to lift / push / pull up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to work in an office setting that requires sitting, standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling frequently
