Job Description
Do you have accounting experience and looking for weekly pay? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Accounts Payable & Receivables | Accounting positions in Radford, VA.
Details for Accounts Payable & Receivables | Accounting Position:
· $19 / Hour
· Standard hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Part-time schedule (up to 30 hours/week) can be set within this range
· Full-Time & Part Time Availability
· Temp-to-Hire
· Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Accounts Payable & Receivables | Accounting Position:
· Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
· Creating and distributing monthly financial reports using QuickBooks
· Processing simple payroll calculations every other week
· Conducting online purchasing as needed throughout the job
· Reconciling invoices and payments to ensure accuracy
· Tracking outstanding receivables and following up on overdue accounts
· Preparing payment runs and coordinating with vendors
· Maintaining organized records of all financial transactions
· Follow all policies and procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Accounts Payable & Receivables | Accounting Position:
· Previous accounting education and/or relevant work experience
· Proficient in QuickBooks
· Ability to sit for duration of shift
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
