Job Description
Do you have machine operator experience and are you looking for a career move? We have an excellent opportunity for you! Luttrell Staffing Group in Roanoke is currently hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator position.

Job Duties for Accounts Payable Administrator positions:
- Coordinates and tracks vendor information: responds to vendor inquiries; forwards new or edited vendor information to the Accounting Manager; collects, maintains and updates W9 information; assists with annual 1099 reporting
- Processes invoices, credit card statements, check requests, and expense reports for payment: verifies accuracy by comparing documentation; obtains approvals; codes invoices with correct general ledger account number; enters invoices into the AP system; files invoices
- Performs check runs to pay vendors: keys and tracks manual checks, prints physical checks, sets up wire transfers and ACH payments
- Prepares quarterly work papers related to AP
- Assists subsidiary AP locations with processing issues, training needs, and other AP matters
- Administers the Corporate authorization for expenditure (AFE) process
- Assists with customer invoicing
- Assists with conflict minerals reporting
- Assists with quarter and year-end inventory counts and price testing
- Coordinates office supply orders
- Generates routine reports
Job Requirements for Accounts Payable Administrator positions:
- Minimum 2 years related work experience
- HS diploma
- Good attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, squat, bend, kneel, twist and reach
- Hand dexterity
