Details for Accounts Payable Clerk | Accounting position:
- Full-Time
- Temp-to-Hire
- $17/hr
- 8am-5pm
Key Duties for Accounts Payable Clerk | Accounting position:
- Audit daily sales reports
- Matching receiving tickets to Invoices
- Coding & entering invoices into the AS400
- Processing accounts payable checks as scheduled
- Daily trips to post office & bank
- Submit Monthly Sales Tax Returns to the State
- Sort Mail
- Other miscellaneous duties
Special Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Ability to sit or stand for duration of shift
- Hand dexterity
- Minimum 1 year related work experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to use multi-line telephone systems
- Ability to use Desktop 10 Key Calculator
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AS 400
