Job duties and skills for Accounts Payable Clerk | Tax Coordinator | Must Have Experience:
  • This position will be providing daily support to the AP Supervisor
  • SAP invoice entry 
  • Complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices 

Required skills for Accounts Payable Clerk | Tax Coordinator | Must Have Experience:
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related curriculum is a plus
  • Years of Experience Required: 2
  • Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills 
  • Computer proficiency - particularly with Excel and MS Word
  • 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume invoice environment are preferred
  • Strong understanding of the principles of accounting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellence time management and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience in manufacturing sector
